Job Opportunity
We are seeking an administrative professional to support our office operations and provide essential assistance across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
* Support sales staff with order processing, customer inquiries, and related tasks
* Manage accounts receivable and payable, including data entry and invoice processing
* Experience with Xero accounting software is required for this role
* Assist with weekly/fortnightly payroll administration
* Maintain organized filing systems and general office records
* Prepare and assist with Business Activity Statements (BAS) and other compliance documentation
Ideal Candidate:
* Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
* Show ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
* Experience with administrative, accounting, or payroll tasks is preferred but not necessary
* Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Must be available to work during standard business hours
