We are seeking a customer-oriented and enthusiastic **Assistant Store Manager** to join our **Canberra Outlet **Store.
**Key responsibilities of the role**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- In the absence of Store Manager, assume all responsibilities of the Store Manager role
- Drive sales through providing customers with informative product knowledge relating to footwear and apparel
- Provide support and guidance to Sales Associates to ensure they contribute to the success of the store
- Ensure all visual merchandising standards are upheld in store
- Assist with stock management including unpacking, processing, replenishing and maintaining stockroom
- Support the store to operate efficiently, in compliance with internal policies and procedures

- Previous retail experience in a customer focused environment
