Job Summary:
* Deliver exceptional front-of-house support to parents, visitors, and staff members.
* Manage the daily operations of the reception desk, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
* Provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
* Be the primary point of contact for parents and visitors, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Offer high-quality reception services, including switchboard operation and email management.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate records and databases.
* Support student and teacher needs by providing timely information and assistance.
* Ensure effective communication and relationships between parents, students, and staff.
* Prepare reports and documents as required by management and other stakeholders.
* Assist in maintaining the school's key systems and processes.
* Perform various administrative tasks as specified by the Front Office Team Leader and Executive.
