We’re looking for a casual Accounts Payable Officer to support our Accounts Payable (AP) team during periods of leave or high demand. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic finance environment.
About The Role
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will support the Team Leader of the accounts payable team in providing high quality AP services to all business streams of BaptistCare.
About You
o Tertiary qualification in accounts administration, accounting, finance or related field
o Workplace experience in accounts payable function in an environment with high volume and a wide variety of financial transactions
o Intermediate Excel skills and experience with operating accounting systems, ideally Technology One and Tungsten Total Agility with experience in technology automated data and image capture
o Demonstrated experience to be hands-on as required to ensure the AP team deadlines
o Experience in the AP month-end and year-end processes
