Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-driven Executive Assistant & Team Coordinator to support our Managing Director and the Investment Sales team in South Australia. This is a diverse, fast-paced role that blends executive support, team coordination and marketing/campaign administration.

This is a full-time, 6-month parental leave contract with the possibility of extension.

About the Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Provide seamless executive support including diary, inbox and travel management
- Coordinate team operations, meetings, on-boarding, reporting and Workday updates
- Produce high-quality marketing collateral, presentations, and submissions
- Support end-to-end sales campaigns (photography, advertising, EDMs, IMs, reporting)
- Manage client communication, event coordination and vendor liaison
- Maintain databases, track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

About You
To succeed, you'll bring:
- Experience supporting senior leaders or in marketing coordination, property, or real estate (highly regarded)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Solid communication and stakeholder management capability
- High attention to detail and the ability to produce polished presentations and documents
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and natural ability to build relationships
