A growing, high-performing real estate agency in Double Bay is seeking an experienced Office & Operations Manager to support the COO and leadership team. This is a hands‐on role overseeing office operations, IT, compliance, and business processes, with a focus on ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations across the business.

Key responsibilities:
* Support COO and leadership team with administration, projects, and process improvement
* Oversee IT, including managed services, software, hardware, and employee onboarding
* Maintain office compliance, data security, and stakeholder relationships
* Assist with AML compliance, client agreements, and finance administration
* Manage office systems, Microsoft 365, Zoho, Xero, and reporting
What we're looking for:
* 3–5+ years' experience in operations, office management, or business administration
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with Zoho and Xero desirable
* Solutions-oriented, proactive, and capable of working autonomously
* Real estate or professional services experience is highly regarded
