Service Desk Officer
* Paying $45-$50 per hour + Super
* Immediate Start required
* Potential view to permanency
We are seeking an experienced Level 2/3 IT Support Technician to complete a contract with our client, a well known organisation based in Pemulwuy. You must have prior experience in Level 2/3 support and be able to start immediately.
This is a contract based role with an immediate start, and a view to permanency.
The Role
* Providing level 2/3 Support to users across the organisation
* Troubleshoot and support users with software, hardware and application issues
* Maintain and support Telephony and Voip systems
* Comply with service desk procedures
* Support users across multiple sites
* Contribute to continual process improvement
You have
* Proven experience in a similar or equivalent role, and experience in a Service Desk environment.
* The ability to start immediately
* Experience with hardware, software and application troubleshooting, maintenance and support.
* Demonstrated analytical skills at 1,2,3 level incident resolution
* Tertiary or relevant qualification in IT
* Current Australian drivers licence
