Responsibilities Include
Performing all food preparation and cooking dutiesWorking across all sections of the kitchen including grills, pans, and fryersEnsuring consistency and portion control is adhered toWorking in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work well under pressureMaintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standardsGeneral kitchen cleaning duties as required
Essential Skills Required
Certificate IV is Commercial Cookery (and/or higher)Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchenExperience in food preparation and plating up.
