Your responsibilities will include:Providing personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistanceAssisting with household tasks such as meal preparation and light cleaningSupporting clients with social and community engagementAdministering medication as required (if trained and qualified)Providing transport for medical appointments and activitiesEncouraging and promoting independence, choice, and well-beingImplementing individualised care and support plansWorking HoursGCLA operates 24/7 services, meaning shifts are available across public holidays, weekends, overnight, evenings, and mornings.
