As we continue to expand across multiple service regions, we are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Assistant to support our operational, workforce, and compliance functions.

About the Role
* Provide structured administrative and operational support across core office functions within a multi-site service environment.
* Assist with workforce coordination, rostering support, and service capacity administration.
* Support recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and compliance documentation.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation integrity across client and staff files.
* Respond to client and staff enquiries professionally, ensuring appropriate action and follow-through.
* Support internal systems, reporting processes, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
* Contribute to maintaining audit readiness and compliance standards within a regulated care environment.
* Work closely with the Office Manager and leadership team to support operational efficiency and organisational growth.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in administration, business support, rostering, or operational coordination.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Clear and professional communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
* Experience supporting recruitment or workforce coordination (desirable).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
