Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Broker.
The role is based in Bangalow, NSW, with the flexibility to work from home on selected days.
The Insurance Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in identifying suitable insurance policies, conducting market research to find the best options, providing advice on risk management and retirement planning, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and procedural regulations.
The role also involves guiding clients through claims processes and fostering long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
5 years Experience and knowledge in Insurance Brokerage, Insurance, and Finance
Strong expertise in Customer Service and client relationship management
Understanding of Retirement Planning and its application to provide financial advice
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and work both independently and collaboratively
Relevant licenses or certifications in Insurance or Finance (preferred)
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
