Site Supervisor – Insurance Reinstatement (Commercial, Industrial & Residential)
Successful Construction / Facilities Management / Insurance Builder is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee multiple insurance reinstatement projects within the Sydney metro area and occasional regional work.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervise allocated projects in the Greater Sydney Metro area, with occasional travel to regional NSW and the ACT.
* Consult with clients, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered within time, cost, and quality.
* Identify and report risks and opportunities.
* Manage projects with multiple trades and complete reports for insurance companies.
* Attend meetings as required and work collaboratively with internal staff to uphold company values.
Requirements:
* At least five years of experience supervising multiple insurance reinstatement projects valued between $1k and $500k in NSW and the ACT.
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
* Trade background and current driver's licence.
* Experience with Prime, Qubit, Buildsoft, Breadcrumb, Procore, Hammertech or similar software highly regarded.
* Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
* Valid Police check and checkable references.
