You will play a key role in ensuring efficient and effective legal service delivery, driving innovation, and supporting our legal officers to achieve business objectives in a dynamic and impactful environment.What You’ll DoAs part of the Inquests, Inquiries and Representation team, you will oversee and enhance all clerical and administrative legal support functions. You’ll lead the design and implementation of improved work practices and manage the delivery of e-court services and technological innovations.You Will AlsoManage support staff performance, including work allocation, time and attendance, development reviews, and addressing training needsProvide operational advice and recommendations to the Director on administrative support and drive change initiativesDevelop and implement consistent procedures to ensure high service standards and minimise business risksMonitor budgets related to legal support functions to ensure cost-effective service deliverySupport the implementation and ongoing management of e-court services and other legal technologiesFoster and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, professionally resolving any issuesRegularly evaluate and improve legal support workflows and processes for maximum efficiency and qualityCollaborate closely with legal officers to ensure their administrative needs are met and aligned with team objectivesWork as part of a collaborative team of dedicated legal professionals who value innovation and quality service.What We’re Looking ForProven experience leading legal support functions, ensuring high service standards and productivity.Strong skills in managing e-court services and electronic discovery processes.Excellent leadership abilities to manage, develop, and motivate clerical and administrative staff.Ability to implement innovative processes and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.Appointments are subject to reference checks.
