A Managed Service Provider specialising in delivering comprehensive cloud solutions, cybersecurity expertise, and dedicated support tailored for public sector clients. With a focus on 24/7 support, proactive monitoring, and compliance management, they ensure seamless operations while safeguarding sensitive data. Their customised approach, coupled with a commitment to excellence, empowers public sector organisations to leverage technology effectively, mitigate risks, and achieve their strategic goals with confidence.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Our team starts each day solving problems in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and client support. They use their troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix issues for our clients. Acting as one of the final escalation points from frontline support and the level 2 team, they quickly address technical challenges and offer clear guidance and resolution.
Alongside this, they handle system maintenance tasks like updates and patches, while keeping detailed records of their fixes to build our knowledge base. For more complex incidents, they step in with their expertise to resolve them efficiently. Throughout, they stay in direct contact with clients, providing clear updates and support to build trust and keep things running smoothly.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online) - Level 2
* Demonstrated network support skills (DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, VPNs) - Level 2
* Excellent troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues - Level 3
* Ability to provide responsive and customer-oriented IT support
* Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills
* Experience working within an MSP environment
* ITIL Certification
