From innovative product platforms built on AWS using GenAI, to essential tools within our business. As a Senior Software Engineer to join our fast-paced team who want to use technology to work on real-world problems that have the potential to change the lives of our customers. You will ensure that services are implemented so that solutions are resilient, secure, and fit for purpose. And you will be an advocate for best practices, capable of challenging and being challenged, to deliver the best technical solutions scalable to millions. We’re Interested In Hearing From People Who Have a strong application development background in .NET, building for web and mobile with an expert understanding of API design and implementation. Have experience on C#, .NET Framework Core, essential. SOAP/REST APIs, Microservices and containerisation Have a proven track record designing and delivering mission critical solutions. Are passionate about building resilient, secure cloud infrastructure to support application development on AWS. Are familiar with microservices and building integration solutions with 3rd party partners. Have an understand the complexity and challenges delivering scalable solutions in an enterprise setting. Can drive initiatives, define and investigate problem spaces, design solutions and deliver the outcome Are Champion of engineering excellence through code reviews, mentoring, and technical leadership. Contributes to platform-wide initiatives such as feature flagging, synthetic monitoring, and environment automation. Ensures systems are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards. Technical Skills We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team: Developing 3-tier application both on-premises and on cloud covering: Frontend: React, Typescript. Backend: .Net core, C#, Java, Node.js. Database: SQL and NoSQL experience (both admin and usage). Scripting languages (i.e., TypeScript, Go, Python) CI/CD tools (i.e., GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus). Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation. Infrastructure as a Code framework: SST essential. Automation Quality Engineering (Unit Testing, Regression Testing).
