Luxus Directional Drilling is expanding and we're looking for reliable, switched-on people to join our civil support crews.
These roles support our directional drilling rigs, working behind the drill to link into pits, expose services, assist with reinstatement, and keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.
Positions Available
* Excavator Operator
* Driller's Offsider / Civil Labourer
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting HDD crews on live jobs
* Linking drill shots into pits and conduits
* Potholing and exposing services
* Reinstatement and general civil works
* Working as part of a tight, professional crew
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
* Truck licence
* White Card
* Current First Aid
* Ability to work outdoors and travel between jobs
* Good attitude and ability to follow instructions
* Excavator Ticket (if applying for the excavator role)
Desirable (But Not Essential)
* Excavator experience around services
* Previous civil construction experience
* Experience working in pits or around live networks
Locations
* Work across Brisbane and the Gold Coast
* Current project in Gatton
* Travel required depending on job location
