Key responsibilities
* Empower clients with expert advice on HR processes and the seamless technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with focus on Core HR.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding and Time Management processes.
* Unleash your expertise by analyzing, consulting, designing, and implementing cutting‑edge HR business process applications.
* Lead engaging and hands‑on workshops to design SuccessFactors so it supports client processes and empowers end‑users.
* Work synergistically with other SuccessFactors teams to ensure flawless system integration.
* Continuously explore and master the latest SAP SuccessFactors and industry best practices.
Your Profile
* Solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Onboarding and Time Management, supported by strong HR process understanding and cross‑module insights.
* Native‑level Danish and fluent English.
* Based in Denmark with full ability to engage confidently with local as well as international clients.
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, IT, or a related field, along with at least one SuccessFactors Employee Central and/ or Time Management certification.
* Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, early risk detection, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Ambitious, eager to learn, highly customer‑oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel occasionally.
