The Role: Our Parkes facility is seeking a casual Care Service Employee
You will be responsible for:
* Assisting residents with personal care including showering
* Supporting residents with meals
* Contributing to care planning with registered staff
* Documenting care and services provided to residents
* Engaging residents in meaningful activities
LI-DNI
* Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
* Minimum 6 months experience working night shifts in an Aged Care Facility
* Ability to set and maintain high standards in the provision of quality care and support services
* Ability to provide quality care and support to frail aged people
* Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Providers.
