Change Manager
Location: Perth-based role with some work-from-home options available.
Responsibilities
* Extensive experience in leading change management activities in complex organizational change projects
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant field
* Certification in PROSCI or equivalent change management certification, with experience in change management (certifications desirable)
* Coaching experience at peer and senior management levels to support leaders in implementing and embedding change within their teams effectively
* Project management and/or business analyst experience (desirable)
* Highly developed facilitation skills.
