Job Summary

* You will demonstrate exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will call customers.
* Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information to customers.
* Pull orders as required.
* Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
* Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications by providing technical advice, troubleshooting, and helping resolve customers' problems.
* Upsell by identifying related products, add-on extensions, and inform customers of product promotions.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
* Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
* Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
* Proficiency in Spanish language is desired.
