Join as a Medical Receptionist for this busy department where you will be responsible for being the first point of contact. Must have previous medical reception experience and confident using a patient medical system, ideally Genie.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
* Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
* Processing patient registrations and maintaining accurate records
* Handling payments and billing enquiries
* Supporting doctors and clinical staff with administrative tasks
* Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical privacy standards
* Assisting with general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a medical or allied health reception role is essential
* Proficiency in medical software systems Genie is highly desired
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
* A professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
