About the Role
Casework Managers are responsible for leading teams of Caseworkers and Support Workers in delivering impactful, child-centred practice. They coordinate daily priorities and resource allocation, applying best practice casework and quality assurance processes.
The role requires effective group and individual supervision, leading practice and change through feedback, mentoring, and other support assistance. Quality assurance of information and records for children and young people is also essential. Additionally, preparing and reviewing legal documentation and briefings, as well as initiating court proceedings and providing instruction to Caseworkers, are key responsibilities.
