About the role
A sensational opportunity has arisen for a passionate Retail Sales Consultant to join the team at Myer. Up to 20 hours per week as a Casual. As a Retail Sales Consultant with Sealy, you will be directly responsible for the Sealy Bedding Department within Myer. You will support customers with their bedding choice and follow the bedding order all the way from purchase to delivery.
In this role you will
* Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards in store
* Support the Myer Account Executive to achieve budgeted sales and manage customer orders and quotes
* Support the training of store staff in Sealy product knowledge
* Stock management and visual merchandising guidelines and standards
* Maintain store presentation standards and brand awareness
* Execute and support promotional events and displays
About you
* 1-2 years'+ experience in Retail Sales capacity highly desirable – high-end sales an advantage
* Strong communication skills
* Mature attitude
* Passion for working with people
* Excellent organisational skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Must be available to work weekends
