Job Overview
The role of the Post Production Support Specialist is a vital part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise post go-live of our Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) implementation.
This specialist will work closely with customers to define new client requirements, configure and tune the application to meet their business and technical needs. They will also train users, test workflows, and resolve any issues that may arise.
In this role, you will collaborate with Charles River Technical Support and Product resources to troubleshoot application issues and determine the optimal configuration.
This position is an integral part of the Charles River Development team, which has become a part of State Street in 2018. Our team creates enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in areas such as institutional investment, wealth management, and hedge funds. We have developed the first open front-to-back platform, State Street Alpha, launched in 2019.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate customer requirements and provide product expertise and guidance throughout the post-go-live journey.
* Analyze and evaluate customer requirements while providing product expertise and guidance throughout the post-go-live journey.
* Educate customers on methodologies and functionality provided by CRIMS and advise on best practices regarding implementation and operation of Charles River solutions and services.
* Gather requirements for new asset classes, security types, and/or business lines.
* Maintain a client issues list and status reporting.
* Train users on existing workflows.
* Contribute to software quality by clearly communicating defects to Client Support and Product Management.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing or supporting mission-critical financial solutions.
* Experience in implementing or supporting Front, Middle, or Back Office Investment Management systems.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Four-year degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Ability to travel to client sites throughout Australia and work effectively when remote from clients.
