Administrative Support Specialist
This role involves providing administrative support to a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to multitask effectively and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the daily running of the office, including mail, deliveries, supplies, room bookings, dealing with building services and general housekeeping and tidying.
2. Coordinate events and activities for the office, including client meetings, industry events and office social events.
3. Enter and track office vehicle log book details, reconcile credit card statements and manage invoices.
4. Assist with health and safety management, including visitor sign-in, office safety checks and reporting within the QSR system.
5. Draft proposals and tenders, compile, review, format and submit documents.
6. Assist project managers with deliverables, including MS Word formatting, collation of information, scanning and binding.
7. Travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and assist with staff expense claims.
8. General support to the Office Manager, other managers and technical support staff as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with proven experience in administration and project coordination.
2. Great organisational skills/multitasking abilities.
3. Positive attitude with an energetic approach to tasks with proven ability to take the initiative.
4. Advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
6. Professional presentation and working within a professional environment.
