Job Description:
As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for managing Personal Injury Commercial Claims, ensuring workers receive the entitlements they deserve. You will review medical, financial, and rehabilitation reports to make thorough and accurate claim assessments. Apply cost-effective strategies while prioritising the well-being of injured workers. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide proactive, timely case management. Deliver exceptional customer service to injured workers, employers, and legislative bodies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant experience in Workers Compensation claims, portfolio management, or call centre operations is essential. A psychology background is highly desirable. Be part of a strong, supportive team focused on delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication skills are required to build rapport and handle a high-volume workload with empathy. Negotiation and resilience are also essential in navigating complex information, negotiating effectively, and managing sensitive cases.
