Financial Statistician - Regulatory Reporting
The Financial Statistician - Regulatory Reporting role is a critical position in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory returns. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, economic trends, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a domestic bank or mutual, as well as knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and experience in interpreting APRA's prudential and reporting standards.

* Analyse and interpret financial data to ensure accurate and timely regulatory returns
* Collaborate with the Enterprise Data and Analytics Office to translate reporting requirements
* Communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders
Requirements
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Knowledge of accounting principles and economic trends
* Experience in interpreting APRA's prudential and reporting standards
* Certified Practising Accountant (CPA)/Chartered Accountant (CA)
