As a Senior Consultant, you will be working with numerous large organisations, fastest-growing companies and private equity firms on some of the most complex deals in the global market. You will assist to identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, search for and advise on hidden value, and work with other service teams to deliver an integrated approach to clients before, during and after the transaction.
The role involves participating in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers. This includes analysing financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, and preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights, which directly impact deal value and deal structuring.
* Write up findings and recommendations, and project manage information flows while managing key stakeholders.
* Work with colleagues from other disciplines on multi-faceted projects in cross border environments.
* Assist Partners and Directors with business development activities and initiatives, contributing to proposals and new business opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications

* Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
* Demonstrate strong Excel skills and a high level of proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
* Exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
* Be highly analytical, enjoying the challenge of solving deal value questions within short deal timelines.
