We are looking for a motivated and reliable **Customer Fulfilment Specialist** to join our **Dunsborough branch**. This is a varied role where you’ll be the friendly face at the trade counter while also supporting smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
**What you’ll be doing**
In this role, no two days are the same. You will:
- Deliver outstanding service to all customers, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional
- Assist customers at the trade counter with sales, product advice, and tailored solutions
- Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries with a solution-focused approach
- Pick, check, pack, and dispatch orders with care and precision
- Safely load and unload deliveries and operate forklifts (training/licensing support provided if required)
- Maintain a clean and well-organised trade centre, warehouse, and yard
- Assist with inventory management, stock receipting, and regular stock counts
- Support the Branch Manager and wider team with operational duties as needed
**About you**
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment. You will bring:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (ideally in a trade, warehouse, or distribution setting)
- A friendly, approachable manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- The ability to work well in a team and pitch in wherever needed
- Physical fitness to handle lifting and loading products safely
- A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one - we can help with training)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
