Heavy Diesel Mechanic Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair plant, equipment, and fleet vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
* Complete daily work tasks as directed by the Workshop Supervisor/Leading Hand.
* Record and monitor stock levels, advising discrepancies.
Requirements:
* A trade certificate relevant to the job.
* Proven mechanical knowledge/experience within the automotive repair industry.
* A forklift ticket is advantageous.
* HR Licence preferred.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in the waste industry or similar environment.
