Two positions are available for a Continuing, Full-Time role at the School of Graduate Research, CQUniversity Rockhampton North, as a Higher Education Worker Level 5. The total remuneration is $95,618 to $107,560 pa, including a salary of $80,799 to $90,890 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading.

Working at CQUniversity, the Research Division provides leadership, governance and administrative support for research across the University. In this role, you will support research higher degree (RHD) students from admission through to graduation, coordinating candidature milestones, examinations and related correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with policy, reporting and events.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong time management and problem-solving skills, who demonstrates initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Support research higher degree (RHD) students from admission through to graduation
- Coordinate candidature milestones, examinations and related correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and assist with policy, reporting and events
- Demonstrated proficiency in using University systems such as TRIM, FinanceOne, StudentOne, Moodle and the MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Proven time management and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, relevant policies, procedures, programs and requirements
