Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Sydney, NSW. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for various tasks including design lead, presentations, space planning, developing and producing construction drawings, designing interior spaces, and selecting FF&E. The role requires collaborating and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and other professionals to create environments that enable people to Thrive.
Responsibilities
* Lead design projects and develop concepts for interiors
* Prepare and present design proposals to clients
* Space planning and layout development
* Develop and produce construction drawings
* Design interior spaces and specify FF&E
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and other professionals to deliver environments that enable people to thrive
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of workplace interior design experience
* Proficiency in creating construction drawings and understanding of architecture
* Knowledge of FF&E selection and placement
* Strong project management and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Proficiency in Revit software and other design tools
