About the role 
As a UX Researcher, your main goal will be to perform various qualitative research tactics to uncover user behaviour, needs and motivations online based on the Conversion Kings Customer research processes and templates. 
Your insights will inform our clients\' website conversion strategy by executing the proven research tactics and following industry best practices. No two days will be the same with a variety of client projects & timelines. We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround of CX work so accuracy in fast work is a must. 
Key responsibilities 
Usability studies - 
Scoping, Planning, Facilitating and Reporting including familiarity with Askable. 
Customer surveys - 
Converting qualitative survey data in quantitative insights and providing actionable recommendations. Familiarity with SurveyMonkey. 
Session recording 
- Setting up and analysing session recordings on key areas of website fallout. 
Competitor reviews - 
Performing competitor analysis to understand different conversion strategies online. 
Information architecture - 
Proposing new information architectures through card sorting activities. 
UX/UI Website reviews - 
Evaluating websites and providing recommendations based on UX & Conversion best practices. 
Project management - 
Managing timelines and deliverables for various projects that are running concurrently. 
Analysis - 
Synthesising findings in clear, concise and actionable ways. 
Presentation - 
Presenting user research to key stakeholders in an engaging manner. 
About You 
You\'ll be a good human! 
You\'ll have 2+ years experience in UX/CX research with a portfolio that demonstrates your best work. 
You\'ll enjoy being part of a team but happy to work and direct your own days, workload and approaches – an autonomous team player. 
You\'ll be an ambitious professional and passionate about what you do. 
You\'ll enjoy websites and digital products and know what is bad, what is good and why. 
You\'ll be a good, confident verbal & written communicator. 
You\'ll be somebody who might not always have the answers, but can stay level-headed, won\'t tell white lies and will find a way. 
You\'ll strive to do work you\'re proud of. 
You\'ll ideally be located around Brisbane. 
You\'ll ideally have experience with A/B Testing.

Package based on experience: $70K-$90K.
