The Role: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar roles, including leadership and professional positions across in-unit and above-unit site operations, as well as portfolios such as Tastelife, Safety, and Omega. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. Coordinate and participate in tailored recruitment campaigns and events, including assessment centres and targeted sourcing initiatives. Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment advice and market insights. Maintain and engage a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs. Collaborate closely with your team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver outstanding outcomes. Experience using Pageup or at talent acquisition software of similar nature will be highly regarded The Person: Experience in white-collar recruitment, ideally within corporate, professional services, or site-based leadership environments. Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
