Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming members at all touchpoints
* Ensuring the club operates efficiently
* Handling inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally
* Fostering engagement through personalized interactions
* Maintaining club rules and policies
* Supporting key services like Rest and Recovery, Personal Training, and Group Fitness
* Cultivating a positive team culture
* Monitoring shift planning and checklists for the club team
* Delivering high service and sales standards
* Ensuring team compliance with systems and policies
* Engaging with potential members to understand fitness goals
* Focus on member retention and referrals
* Implementing protocols for saving memberships
* Assisting the General Manager with execution of SMART Plans
* Working with the club team to achieve club goals
* Developing local community partnerships
Essential Skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain open communication channels throughout the club.
Must-Have Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Team Lead or in a related field
* Excellent interpersonal skills
