Project Coordinator Opportunity
About this role:
We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to support the delivery of renewable energy projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field and is passionate about contributing to a sustainable future.
You will work closely with our team to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, on budget, and to agreed specifications.
This is a part-time contract working 2-3 days per week. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain valuable experience in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support the delivery of multiple projects.
* Facilitate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
* Manage project calendars, milestones, and meeting coordination.
* Support financial administration including client invoicing, payment tracking, subcontractor invoicing, and milestone management.
* Assist with procurement and logistics obtaining quotes, engaging suppliers, and pricing equipment.
* Monitor project expenditure and assist with budget reporting.
* Act as a key point of contact for project-related queries.
* Prepare clear, timely project status updates for stakeholders.
