We focus on areas such as violent and sexual offending, restorative justice, violent extremism and family violence. As an administration officer in the Support Services team, your priority is the FIS reception area. Your responsibilities include the efficient delivery of general administration and operational support, ensuring the reception area is operating smoothly. You will ensure accurate record-keeping, as well as perform file management and data entry duties. Daily tasks involve ensuring office supplies are maintained and equipment issues are logged, as well as mail and correspondence tasks and minute taking. The role involves some contact with service users. Develop and maintain effective and productive working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues. Provide general administrative support, such as file management, data entry and agenda writing and minute taking. Maintain office supplies and equipment. Use and update databases to ensure accurate records. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and file transfers securely, ensuring proper record-keeping and confidentiality.
