About the role
Heads & Tails Clinical Psychology is seeking a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team in Hampton, NSW. This is a unique opportunity to work within a warm, supportive, and innovative practice that delivers

The role is
1–2 days per week
, working as a
contractor
with a
generous hourly rate
, within a highly supportive multidisciplinary team. You will provide services to people of all ages, with opportunities to be involved in group programs delivered through the clinic.

About you
We are looking for a clinician who is warm, reflective, and committed to child- and family-centred care.
Essential criteria:
* Registration as a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA
* Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
* Experience applying evidence-based therapeutic models with children and adolescents
* A strong person-centred, trauma-informed approach
* Excellent relational and communication skills
* Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable criteria:
* Master's or Doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology
* Experience working with complex presentations and/or neurodivergent clients
* Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
* Registration (or eligibility within 12 months) for a higher Medicare rebate
* Interest or experience in group facilitation
* Experience with, or openness to learning about, horse handling and nature-based work
