Are you a senior nursing leader ready for an exciting, high-impact opportunity? We’re seeking a Director of Nursing to lead a brand-new, state-of-the-art day hospital in Sunshine Coast.
In this role, you’ll
* Lead the hospital from the ground up, making key operational and staffing decisions
* Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing nursing team
* Shape policies, procedures, and the culture of a modern, cutting-edg facility
* Drive excellence in clinical care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
* Perioperative Nursing Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent)
* 3+ years perioperative nursing experience
* Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
* 5+ years in a senior leadership role (DON, ADON, Perioperative Services Manager or similar)
