Key Responsibilities
1. In-depth understanding of projects and customer requirements
2. Assessing, approving and negotiating contracts and contract terms
3. Creating budgets, issuing purchase orders and approving suppliers' invoices
4. Managing project finances, tasks and timelines
5. Completing weekly project reports and forecasting
6. Assisting with project management duties including program, schedules, deliverables and resources
7. Liaising with clients, consultants, trades and suppliers
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Construction Management or Quantity Surveying Degree, Diploma level or relevant building trade background
* High level of computer literacy including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Project
* Experience in Contract Administration
* Proficiency in project planning, drawings knowledge and document management
* Financial planning and budgeting skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Full Driver's Licence
