About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal and Client Support Officer, Clerk Grade 3/4 to join our Administration Team at the Orange Office of Legal Aid NSW.
As the first point of contact, you will engage with clients facing complex legal and non-legal challenges, providing essential information and coordinating the support they need. Your role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive the best possible outcomes while offering clerical and legal administrative support to our dedicated legal teams.

As a key Legal Aid service location in the Central West, the Orange office delivers Criminal, Family, and Civil Law services, including the Civil Law Service for Aboriginal Communities (CLSAC).

Your exceptional communication skills enable you to manage interactions with clients and legal staff across reception, phone, and legal administrative functions.
Highly organised and detail oriented, you bring strong time management skills and a consistent approach to handling heavy administrative workloads. Your attention to detail ensures accuracy and reliability in every task you undertake.
