What You'll Do
* Execute the evening service flow from tray service to final cleanup
* Manage the dishwashing station efficiently to clear the day's service
* Handle essential food preparation tasks to support the culinary team
* Ensure the kitchen is reset and sparkling ready for the morning crew
Skills and Experiences:
About You
* You hold a current NSW Working With Children Check or can obtain one
* You value punctuality and can commit to the 4:00pm start time
* You are self-reliant and prefer working in a role with clear independent tasks
* You are physically capable of staying active for the full 4.5-hour shift
