The primary role of the District Manager is to provide continuous people development to enable each Restaurant to operate as successful and effective business profit centers. More specifically, the District Manager areas of responsibility are: Guide the restaurants to maximum productivity and efficiency through the measurement and analysis of results including but not limited to, speed of service, labour management & control of food waste. Maintain a commercially focused business plan. Lead by example through actions and behaviour. Be a key agent in communicating and managing operational change within Hungry Jack’s. Deliver quality management decisions & advice to district. Effectively leading sustainable change management processes within the district and state. Communicate to all levels of the business.
