ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in the Mornington Peninsula area? We're seeking Home Care Attendants and Domestic Cleaners to join our team You'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact in suburbs like Mornington.
Whether you prefer permanent part-time or casual employment, we have flexible options available. Traveling within reason is required, and ideally, you'll be available to work between Monday and Friday. You'll visit multiple homes per day, spending 1-2 hours at each home (KM reimbursement for permanent employees).
As a Domestic Cleaner, your tasks will include:
- Assisting with dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Washing, folding, and organizing laundry
- Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting floors, toilets, showers, basins, and mirrors
- Spring cleaning tasks like dusting bookshelves and wiping skirting boards
- Sweeping outdoor areas such as balconies, steps, and driveways
As a Home Care Attendant, you'll perform the same cleaning duties while also:
- Transporting clients to appointments and running local errands
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
- Providing companionship and spending quality time with clients

Experience and qualifications aren't required for these roles. We value your caring, proactive, and supportive nature above all else. Whether you have previous experience in home care, hospitality, community support, or customer service, what matters most is your empathy, kindness, and genuine interest in supporting clients in their homes.
If you fit into one of the categories below, we want to hear from you:
- Experience in commercial or domestic cleaning
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Current First Aid Certificate (within 3 years) and CPR qualification (within 12 months) or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Working at Heights Ticket (highly regarded)
- Minimum availability of 15 hours per week with consistency across the working week
