**Position**:
This Geelong based qualified Horticultural position is Full Time working within our current Team. Attention to detail and an understanding of time management is a must.
We are looking for an applicant that has either completed a Cert in Horticulture or equivalent. A good understanding of Irrigation servicing and repairs will be advantageous.
Working in a team each day, the applicant must be capable and confident with making decisions around the garden, looking after and improving our gardens, and contributing to our standards.
On-the-job training is provided to learn how to manage our Ipad run scheduling and invoicing program. It also includes training on the high serving standards of maintaining the gardens.
**Requirements for the Role**:
- Must have completed Horticulture Certificate 3 or Diploma level.
- Ability to work individually, as well as in a team.
- Knowledge and experience with garden maintenance tools and equipment
- Plant, weed and soil knowledge along with pest and disease identification management.
- Knowledge of irrigation is highly regarded.
- Driver Licence is a must. Unlicensed applicants will not be considered for this role.

To the successful applicant. Tools and uniforms are all provided with ongoing training. Remuneration will be based on experience and qualifications.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
