Job Description:
As the General Manager/Site Senior Executive of an open-pit gold project near Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, you will oversee site leadership and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
A strong background in open-pit or hard-rock mining operations is essential to achieve this goal. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, including but not limited to overseeing operations, managing budgets, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Site Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the site team to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved.
* Compliance with Safety Regulations: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the site operates in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Promoting a Positive Safety Culture: Foster a culture of safety throughout the site by promoting safe working practices and providing training and support as needed.
Requirements:
* Strong Background in Open-Pit or Hard-Rock Mining Operations: You must have extensive experience in open-pit or hard-rock mining operations to be considered for this role.
