We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to build a new team on the Sunshine Coast.

In this role, you'll lead a high-performing customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all communication channels.

What You'll Do
* Oversight of day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional service delivery across all communication channels.
* Leading, supporting, and developing a team of Participant Support Officers, fostering a positive, participant-focused culture.
* Driving strong performance across call volumes, lead follow-up, resolution rates, and data accuracy.
* Maintenance of compliance, data integrity, and operational readiness through accurate use of internal systems.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience leading a high-performing customer service or call centre team.
* A passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting people.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
* Ability to confidently navigate multiple systems (intermediate in MS Office) and manage competing priorities.
