This role involves supporting IT Management teams to ensure 1st level support is maintained for IT Services.
The Role
This CasualIT Service Desk Analyst will ensure that our network of stores, warehouses, and offices receive timely 1st Level support during core business hours. The Casual is expected to be available for a minimum of one weekend shift and one weekday shift.
Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager:
* Ensure smooth operation of IT services.
* Provide day-to-day 1st level support to users via phone and Self-Service Portal.
* Record and update incidents and requests using Service Now in line with SLA guidelines.
* Monitor queues and respond to calls within set timeframes.
* Resolve issues on first contact using knowledge base articles.
* Evaluate High Priority incidents as needed.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
* Microsoft Operating System support (Windows).
* Microsoft Office Application support.
* User administration using Active Directory.
Desirable Technical Skills:
* Delivery of support within an ITIL framework.
* Applications deployed via Citrix.
* Retail Systems including Point of Sale equipment.
* Warehouse Management Systems and Financial Systems.
