About the Role
Location: Canning Vale / Perth. Contract: Full‐time | Permanent.
We are seeking a proactive and influential HSE Co‐ordinator to partner with our operations and leadership teams to drive a strong, practical safety culture. This role goes beyond compliance—you will play a critical role in shaping how work is planned, executed and improved, ensuring people go home safe every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide hands‐on HSE guidance and coaching across sites/operations
* Build strong working relationships with frontline teams and leaders
* Support hazard identification, risk assessments and safe work planning
* Lead incident investigations and drive meaningful corrective actions
* Assist with audits, inspections and legislative compliance
* Contribute to continuous improvement of HSE systems and processes
* Promote a positive, proactive safety culture—not a policing approach
What We're Looking For
* Australian citizens or permanent residents with unrestricted work rights
* Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS (or equivalent)
* Solid experience in a field‐based HSE Co‐ordinator role (minimum 1‐2 years)
* Practical knowledge of Australian WHS legislation
* Strong risk assessment and incident investigation skills
* Ability to engage and influence operational teams
* Experience in workshop and manufacturing environments
* Lead Auditor or ICAM qualification
* AIHS membership or working towards it
