Point Force is seeking an experienced site foreman for a project on the Gold Coast. The project is ongoing.
Key Qualifications
* Solid building and carpentry knowledge.
* Experience in managing sites with detailed suspended slabs, lift and commercial window and door installation with attention to detail.
* Extensive experience in managing trades, site supervision, high safety standards & knowledge.
Tasks / Duties
* High level problem solving.
* Ability to work efficiently in a quick pace setting.
* Solid knowledge of commercial apartment builds.
* Experience in multi level residential or commercial.
